Every day we have to deal with different things. There are several things we have to deal with the time we go out of our houses. When we get to work we have to deal with cramped elevators, swamped desks, moody bosses and clients and of course we also have to deal with irritating officemates. All these can cause a certain degree of stress. All throughout the day we can barely relax, we can barely find a relaxing spot where we can drift away from reality. A guided meditation is a form of meditation wherein your mind is taken to a journey, a journey to place where you can relax, contemplate and reflect. A script that is written especially for meditating is usually read during a guided meditation. A CD can be used for a guided meditation or someone can read the script for you. For a guided meditation to work you have to let go of conscious thoughts and let your subconscious take over.
